Introducing Our Cream Tea Jam – A Delicious New Addition to The Artisan Kitchen

A velvety strawberry and raspberry jam with Madagascan vanilla, created to be the perfect partner for warm scones and clotted cream.

There’s nothing quite like a traditional cream tea. Warm scones fresh from the oven, a generous layer of jam and a dollop of clotted cream. It’s a moment of simple luxury.

So we created a preserve designed especially for that experience:
Cream Tea Jam.

This indulgent small-batch jam combines whole British strawberries, tangy raspberries and creamy Madagascan vanilla to create a beautifully balanced, velvety preserve. Rich, fruity and smooth, it was made with scones in mind but it is just as delicious on toast, folded into yoghurt or spooned over pancakes.

Each jar is handcrafted in our Gloucester kitchen using traditional open-pan methods. This slower approach allows the natural flavour of the fruit to shine while ensuring every batch receives careful attention from pot to plate.
