At The Artisan Kitchen, we handcraft marmalades with alcohol in small batches in the heart of Gloucestershire. From fine wines to Italian aperitifs and fragrant liqueurs, each spirit is carefully chosen to complement the natural character of the citrus fruit.

Our spirited marmalades bring together carefully selected citrus fruit with wines, spirits and liqueurs chosen for their depth, aroma and flavour. Each recipe is created by chef Sarah Churchill and cooked in traditional small batches, allowing the fruit to remain at the heart of every jar.

The collection includes marmalades made with sherry, whisky, gin, vodka, Vino de Naranja and Italian orange bitters, alongside cocktail-inspired recipes such as Negroni marmalade. Some are rich and warming, while others are bright, aromatic and beautifully bittersweet.

Enjoy these marmalades on hot buttered toast, croissants and breakfast pastries. They also pair beautifully with cheese, chocolate and desserts, or can be used in glazes, sauces and cocktails for an extra layer of citrus flavour.
