Hand-cut Seville oranges and 20-year-old vintage Champagne. A bright, beautifully bittersweet marmalade for Christmas mornings and thoughtful gifting.

Quick answer: Christmas Marmalade is our seasonal Seville orange marmalade made with 20-year-old vintage Champagne. Handmade in small batches in Gloucester, it combines fragrant, hand-cut peel with classic bittersweet orange flavour. A special jar for the Christmas breakfast table or tucked into a festive hamper.

A Christmas tradition with a vintage twist.

Our Christmas Marmalade begins with the unmistakable character of Seville oranges: fragrant peel, vivid citrus and a properly bittersweet finish.

We pair them with 20-year-old vintage Champagne for a little Christmas indulgence. Handmade in small batches in traditional copper pans, this is a marmalade to bring out with the good butter and warm pastries.

Sarah’s Maker’s Note

I love a Christmas breakfast that feels a little more special, and Seville orange marmalade is always welcome on my table. For this recipe, I use 20-year-old vintage Champagne alongside hand-cut Seville oranges. The orange still takes centre stage, with plenty of fragrant peel and that lovely bittersweet character.
