Description
Italian White Peach Jam
A rare seasonal jam made with ripe Italian white peaches, whole pieces of fruit and a bright, tangy finish. Forty peaches produced just nineteen jars.
Quick answer: Italian White Peach Jam is a tiny-batch seasonal preserve made with ripe white peaches, sugar and lemon juice. It has fragrant peach flavour, whole pieces of fruit, a surprisingly deep crimson colour and a fresh, tangy finish.
Our Italian White Peach Jam is made only when the fruit reaches the brief point at which its flavour, fragrance and natural acidity are at their best.
White peaches are delicate and highly perishable. They bruise easily, soften quickly and offer only a short window for preserving, so this is naturally a very limited seasonal release.
Forty ripe Italian white peaches produced just nineteen 200 g jars, each with generous pieces of fruit and the bright flavour of peach rather than simple sweetness.
Choose this jam if you enjoy rare seasonal fruit, generous texture and a vivid peach preserve that cannot be made all year round.

Why White Peaches Make Such a Distinctive Jam
White peaches tend to have a softer, more perfumed character than many yellow varieties. Their flavour can be floral and delicate, but the best fruit also carries enough acidity to remain lively.
Because they soften quickly, timing matters. Fruit preserved too early lacks flavour, while overripe fruit can lose definition and freshness.
This batch was made when the peaches were fragrant, juicy and naturally tangy, allowing us to preserve their character without burying it beneath excessive sweetness.
A Naturally Deep Crimson Jam
Although white peaches begin with pale flesh, this batch developed a striking deep crimson colour during cooking.
That natural transformation is part of the character of small-batch preserving. Fruit varieties, ripeness and natural pigments can all influence the finished shade.
The resulting jar is visually unusual, with a rich crimson base and visible golden pieces of peach throughout.
How to Enjoy It
- Spread on toast, croissants, brioche or crumpets
- Spoon through Greek yoghurt, porridge or rice pudding
- Serve with ricotta, mascarpone or clotted cream
- Pair with Brie, Camembert or fresh goat’s cheese
- Use in sponge cakes, thumbprint biscuits or peach tarts
- Spoon over panna cotta, cheesecake or vanilla ice cream
Chef-crafted, small batch, preserving excellence.
Sarah’s Maker’s Note
White peaches need careful handling because their flavour is delicate and their perfect preserving window is short. I wanted this jam to keep the feel of ripe peach flesh, soft perfume and tangy juice, with real pieces of fruit rather than a completely smooth set.
Simple Serving Ideas
- Spoon onto thick yoghurt and finish with toasted almonds
- Layer with mascarpone and crushed biscuits for a quick dessert
- Use as the fruit layer in an almond sponge or frangipane tart
- Ripple through softly whipped cream for a peach fool
- Stir a small spoonful into chilled prosecco for a Bellini-style drink
A Rare Seasonal Release
This preserve exists because a small quantity of excellent fruit became available at exactly the right moment.
Once these nineteen jars have sold, this particular batch cannot be recreated. Future white-peach harvests may differ in colour, sweetness, acidity and texture.
That natural variation is part of the pleasure of genuinely seasonal preserving: each batch captures one particular fruit harvest rather than forcing every jar to taste identical.

This is the best peach jam I have ever tasted. Highly recommended.
Felicity Spencer –
This is seriously yummy! Another Sarah success!
Erik Lowis –
I’ve found the perfect breakfast: toast thick slices of Hobb House wholemeal sourdough with fig; butter then cover generously with this peach jam to experience a sensational flavour combination. The texture of toasted sourdough contrasts so well with the sublime taste of ripe peaches, it’s irresistible!
Sonia –

Viv –

Lisa Palmer –
Bursting with flavour. Delicious on toast or even in some Greek yogurt. My mum is also converted to these gorgeous jams.
Nick Johns –
What can I say, packed with flavour as these jams and marmalades always are. Cannot be beaten (in my opinion) and ‘The Artisan Kitchen’ is now the only name on the shelf, pointless buying anything else.
Sarah Pert –
The peach jam is delicious and my new favourite. I have already ordered several more jars!
Jason Reeves –
All the products I have tried are incredibly good but so far, for me, the peach jam tops them all so far.
I used once on toast then a couple of days later, I ate a bit off the spoon, then another one, then another one until ooooops, all gone.
Seriously good, the chunks of peach, well, it tastes of fresh peach, with that lovely jammy goodness. I love it
emmanuelle –
Amazing flavour. Packed with fruits. I have it on yoghurt porridge or toast just amazing. Stocking up as well for winter!!!
